【摘要】：為了解決在司法實踐中對"火銃"的認識,以便對案件的公正辦理,通過對"火銃"的檢驗研究,闡述了"火銃"是槍還是炮、火銃的內部構造與發(fā)射機理,及"內彈道理論計算法"的致傷力檢驗與鑒定的技術方法對"火銃"的檢驗和鑒定;客觀、科學地表述了對"火銃"的檢驗鑒定結果,從而為打擊持"火銃"犯罪的行為找到了科學依據(jù),進一步維護了社會治安秩序,同樣也為法庭提供了科學證據(jù),維護了社會的和諧、穩(wěn)定與公正。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of "fire blunderbuss" in judicial practice, and to deal with the cases fairly, through the examination and study of "fire blunderbuss", this paper expounds whether "fire blunderbuss" is the internal structure and firing mechanism of guns or guns and fire blunderbuss. And the test and identification of "fire blunderbuss" by the technical method of "interior ballistic theory calculation method", and the objective and scientific expression of the results of "fire blunderbuss" inspection and appraisal. Thus, it has found the scientific basis for cracking down on the crime of holding fire blunderbuss, further maintained the public security order, provided the scientific evidence for the court, and maintained the harmony, stability and justice of the society.
