【摘要】：目的對(duì)Amelogenin分型結(jié)果為"X,X"的一名"男孩"進(jìn)行性別確認(rèn)。方法采用STR檢測(cè)和SRY基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果孩子STR、X-STR的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合女性性別特征,SRY基因檢測(cè)結(jié)果為陰性。結(jié)論應(yīng)用STR、X-STR檢測(cè)和SRY基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)可以確證"男孩"Amelogenin基因座結(jié)果為"X,X",推斷其患有"46,XX"男性性反轉(zhuǎn)綜合癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to identify the sex of a boy whose Amelogenin typing result was "XX". Methods STR detection and SRY gene detection were used. Results the results of STRX-STR test were consistent with the results of SRY gene analysis. Conclusion the results of Amelogenin locus of "boy" can be confirmed by using STRX X-STR and SRY gene detection technique, and it is inferred that "46 X" male sex reversal syndrome.
