【摘要】：個(gè)體在青少年階段書寫能力的習(xí)得與發(fā)展,使其在此時(shí)期的筆跡往往反映出較為明顯的歷時(shí)性變化特點(diǎn)。青少年筆跡普遍呈現(xiàn)出的穩(wěn)定特征再現(xiàn)率低、書寫習(xí)慣周期性短等特點(diǎn),這在客觀上增加了司法鑒定的檢案難度。然而,在青少年書寫能力不斷變化、更迭的過程中,其筆跡仍能在階段性量變的同時(shí)保持相對(duì)穩(wěn)定與靜止。這就便于鑒定人在充分把握與認(rèn)識(shí)青少年筆跡歷時(shí)性變化特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)、客觀地對(duì)該類型筆跡作出正確的同一認(rèn)定。
[Abstract]:The acquisition and development of individual writing ability in adolescence often reflect the diachronic characteristics of handwriting in this period. Juvenile handwriting generally presents the characteristics of low reproduction rate and short periodicity of writing habits, which objectively increases the difficulty of forensic examination. However, in the process of changing and changing the writing ability of teenagers, their handwriting can remain relatively stable and static at the same time. On the basis of fully grasping and recognizing the diachronic characteristics of juvenile handwriting, the connoisseur can scientifically and objectively make the correct identification of this type of handwriting.
