【摘要】：正法醫(yī)學(xué)是醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域中一門獨(dú)立的重要學(xué)科,是研究和解決司法部門在工作實(shí)踐中遇到有關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)問題的一門學(xué)科,是國家法制建設(shè)中不可缺少的一門學(xué)科。我國歷朝歷代對(duì)此也很重視,早在1247年南宋期間,就有宋慈編著的驗(yàn)尸資料研究心得《洗冤集錄》問世,以后各朝代同行在實(shí)踐中不斷有詮釋和新的補(bǔ)充�？梢哉f,復(fù)旦大學(xué)(原上海醫(yī)學(xué)院、原上海醫(yī)科大學(xué))法醫(yī)學(xué)系的發(fā)展史從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映了現(xiàn)代中國法醫(yī)學(xué)史。
[Abstract]:Normal forensic medicine is an independent and important discipline in the field of medical science. It is also an indispensable discipline in the construction of the national legal system.As early as 1247, during the Southern Song Dynasty, Song ci published his experience in the study of the autopsy data, which was published in the Collection of the Wash of grievances. Since then, his counterparts in various dynasties have been constantly annotating and supplementing in practice.It can be said that the history of the Department of Forensic Medicine of Fudan University (former Shanghai Medical College, former Shanghai Medical University) reflects the history of modern Chinese forensic medicine from one aspect.
