【摘要】：目的:探討人死亡后骨髓細(xì)胞核DNA含量變化與晚期死后時(shí)間間隔關(guān)系.方法:離體人胸骨置于特定條件下,隨時(shí)間延長分別取材制成病理切片,應(yīng)用DNA高度特異性染色方法Feulgen改良法結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)圖像分析技術(shù)對(duì)死后不同時(shí)間胸骨骨髓細(xì)胞核DNA含量變化進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果:人死亡后1～10d,Feulgen染色陽性產(chǎn)物隨死亡時(shí)間延長逐漸減少,胸骨骨髓細(xì)胞核DNA含量隨死亡時(shí)間延長呈規(guī)律下降,DNA染色逐漸變淺淡,至死后10d已基本觀察不到.結(jié)論:人死亡后骨髓細(xì)胞核DNA含量隨死亡時(shí)間延長呈下降趨勢,兩者之間存在線性關(guān)系.
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between nuclear DNA content in bone marrow and postmortem interval after death.Methods: the isolated human sternum was placed under certain conditions, and the pathological sections were obtained with the extension of time.The changes of nuclear DNA content in sternum bone marrow at different time after death were analyzed by DNA highly specific staining method (Feulgen) and computer image analysis.Results: the positive products of Feulgen staining gradually decreased with the prolongation of death time, and the nuclear DNA content of sternal bone marrow decreased regularly with the prolongation of death time.Conclusion: the nuclear DNA content of bone marrow decreased with the prolongation of death time after death, and there was a linear relationship between the two.
