【摘要】： 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期間,加上新舊體制的更替,改革措施的相繼出臺(tái),各種新問(wèn)題、新情況不繼涌現(xiàn),由各種社會(huì)矛盾,特別是經(jīng)濟(jì)利益沖突引發(fā)的群體性事件愈來(lái)愈多,成為當(dāng)前影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的一個(gè)十分重要的因素。而目前我國(guó)各級(jí)黨委政府一項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)工作是社會(huì)矛盾化解和社會(huì)管理創(chuàng)新�！翱たh制,則天下安�！笨h域的穩(wěn)定關(guān)乎國(guó)家的長(zhǎng)治久安,因此很有必要進(jìn)行群體性事件化解機(jī)制研究。 論文以莊河市為例,進(jìn)行群體性事件化解機(jī)制研究。開篇詳細(xì)解讀了本文研究的關(guān)鍵詞和研究的價(jià)值、意義,并提出本文的研究思路、內(nèi)容與方法。文中對(duì)群體性事件相關(guān)的理論概述進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,并論述了群體性事件的成因和特點(diǎn)。列舉分析了外省市的群體性事件的化解機(jī)制并予以借鑒。本文采取訪談?wù){(diào)查法、理論分析法、比較研究法和案例法對(duì)莊河市群體性事件的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,并就莊河市群體事件的歷史脈絡(luò)、發(fā)展情況、總的趨勢(shì)及特點(diǎn)深入分析,莊河群體性事件化解機(jī)制中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié),并結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果分析導(dǎo)致問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因。運(yùn)用定性研究法,就莊河群體性事件化解中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行相應(yīng)對(duì)策的研究。提出政府應(yīng)加強(qiáng)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估機(jī)制、社情民意調(diào)查機(jī)制、社會(huì)矛盾化解機(jī)制、應(yīng)急處置機(jī)制建設(shè)等機(jī)制建設(shè)。最后得出本文的結(jié)論,指出論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足,并對(duì)未來(lái)研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the period of economic transition and social transformation, with the replacement of new and old systems, the successive introduction of reform measures, the emergence of various new problems and new situations, and the emergence of various social contradictions,Especially the group events caused by economic conflicts of interest are becoming a very important factor affecting social stability.At present, Party committees and governments at all levels of our country focus on resolving social contradictions and social management innovation."the system of prefectures and counties is safe in the world."The stability of county area is related to the long-term stability of the country, so it is necessary to study the mechanism of resolving mass incidents.This paper takes Zhuanghe City as an example to study the mechanism of resolving group events.At the beginning of this paper, the key words and the value and significance of the research are explained in detail, and the research ideas, contents and methods are put forward.In this paper, the author expounds the theory of group events, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and discusses the causes and characteristics of group events.This paper enumerates and analyzes the resolving mechanism of mass events in foreign provinces and cities and draws lessons from them.The present situation of group events in Zhuanghe City is studied by means of interview investigation, theoretical analysis, comparative study and case study, and the historical context, development, general trend and characteristics of group events in Zhuanghe City are deeply analyzed.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the resolving mechanism of Zhuanghe Group incident, and analyzes the causes of the problems combined with the investigation results.By using the qualitative research method, the problems existing in solving the group incidents in Zhuanghe River are studied.The government should strengthen the risk assessment mechanism of social stability, the mechanism of social sentiment and public opinion survey, the mechanism of resolving social contradictions, the construction of mechanism of emergency disposal and so on.Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn, the innovation and deficiency of the paper are pointed out, and the future research is prospected.
