【摘要】： 群體性事件是社會(huì)矛盾的集中體現(xiàn),它在世界各國(guó)都普遍存在,也是各國(guó)政府普遍感到頭疼和棘手的問(wèn)題。尤其是我國(guó)目前正處于體制改革、利益重組、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,加上現(xiàn)行的機(jī)制體制跟不上社會(huì)發(fā)展的步伐,各種矛盾逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái),使得群體性事件頻發(fā),成為我國(guó)當(dāng)前一大重要的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。 群體性事件的發(fā)生,在一定程度上影響了人們正常的工作、生活和公共秩序。我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段群體性事件的誘因仍以利益矛盾為主,但近年來(lái)矛盾日益激烈,對(duì)抗性的群體性事件增多,甚至出現(xiàn)了無(wú)直接利益矛盾的群體性事件。性質(zhì)上以人民內(nèi)部矛盾為主要發(fā)生形式,但境外敵對(duì)勢(shì)力的滲透有所加強(qiáng),這些都嚴(yán)重影響了我國(guó)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和國(guó)家安全,與我國(guó)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的理念也相沖突。 本文從矛盾的視角看群體性事件,并借鑒西方相關(guān)的沖突理論,主要對(duì)近年來(lái)我國(guó)多發(fā)的群體性事件進(jìn)行矛盾分析,意在對(duì)群體性事件發(fā)生中各種矛盾的產(chǎn)生原因、群體性事件的表現(xiàn)以及對(duì)社會(huì)造成的影響來(lái)論述群體性事件。文章分四部分進(jìn)行論述,分別從群體性事件以及矛盾的相關(guān)概念,群體性事件的現(xiàn)狀、影響及處置的相關(guān)對(duì)策建議來(lái)進(jìn)行闡述。文章中就勞資、干群、貧富、階層這幾大典型的因矛盾引發(fā)的群體性事件做了詳細(xì)分析,希望通過(guò)理清其中的矛盾幫助找出化解矛盾的途徑,以供相關(guān)部門人員參考。
[Abstract]:Group event is the concentrated embodiment of social contradiction, it exists all over the world, and it is also a headache and thorny problem for governments.In particular, our country is now in the critical period of system reform, interest restructuring, and social transformation. In addition, the existing mechanism and system cannot keep up with the pace of social development, and various contradictions are gradually emerging, resulting in frequent mass incidents.It has become an important social problem in our country.To some extent, the occurrence of mass events affects people's normal work, life and public order.Interest contradiction is still the main inducement of group events in our country at present, but in recent years the contradiction is becoming more and more intense, the antagonistic group events are increasing, and even the group events without direct interest contradiction appear.The nature of contradictions among the people as the main form, but the infiltration of hostile forces outside the country has been strengthened, which seriously affected our social stability and national security, and our concept of building a harmonious socialist society is also in conflict.This paper looks at group events from the angle of contradiction, and draws lessons from relevant conflict theories in the West, mainly analyzes the contradictions that occur in China in recent years, in order to analyze the causes of various contradictions in the occurrence of group events.The expression of group event and its influence on society are discussed.The article is divided into four parts, respectively, from the group events and contradictions related concepts, the status of group events, the impact and disposal of the relevant countermeasures to elaborate.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the collective events caused by contradictions among labor, cadres, the masses, the rich and the poor, and hopes to help find out the ways to resolve the contradictions by clarifying the contradictions, so as to provide reference for the personnel of the relevant departments.
