【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)改的不斷深化,社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制在不斷完善的過(guò)程中為勞動(dòng)力資源的有效配置起到了積極的引導(dǎo)作用。作為市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,人口流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象日益頻繁,流動(dòng)人口規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,已成為一個(gè)不可忽視的龐大的社會(huì)群體,受到社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。 人口流動(dòng)對(duì)地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有一定的影響作用。本文針對(duì)河北省所處地理位置的特殊性,結(jié)合人口學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論知識(shí),主要通過(guò)對(duì)第五次人口普查資料及2005年1%人口抽樣調(diào)查資料中河北省數(shù)據(jù)的整理計(jì)算,分別從省內(nèi)人口流動(dòng)、省際人口流動(dòng)、流動(dòng)人口的原因構(gòu)成變化角度進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,得出河北省流動(dòng)人口的流動(dòng)特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步分析河北省人口流動(dòng)與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而從以下幾個(gè)方面提出促進(jìn)河北省人口有序流動(dòng)的相關(guān)對(duì)策思路：正確認(rèn)識(shí)人口流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,不斷優(yōu)化相關(guān)政策,努力促進(jìn)人才流動(dòng)合理化,堅(jiān)持把人口流動(dòng)納入城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。 通過(guò)對(duì)河北省人口流動(dòng)狀況及其影響的深入分析,可以在更好地推動(dòng)河北省人口流動(dòng)向法制化、規(guī)范化發(fā)展的同時(shí),也為河北省整體規(guī)劃及社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展起到積極作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, with the deepening of reform and reform in China, the socialist market economic system has played a positive role in guiding the effective allocation of labor resources in the process of continuous improvement. The phenomenon of population mobility is becoming more and more frequent and the scale of floating population is getting larger and larger. It has become a huge social group which can not be ignored. Population mobility has a certain impact on the social and economic development of the region. According to the particularity of the geographical position of Hebei Province, this paper combines the theoretical knowledge of demography, sociology, statistics and other related disciplines. Through the collation and calculation of the data of the fifth census and the data of the 1% population sample survey in 2005 in Hebei Province, the correlation analysis is carried out from the angle of the population flow in the province, the movement of the interprovincial population, the reason for the change of the floating population, respectively. The characteristics of floating population in Hebei Province are obtained, and on this basis, the relationship between population mobility and social and economic development in Hebei Province is further analyzed. And then put forward the following aspects to promote the orderly flow of population in Hebei Province, the relevant countermeasures: correctly understand the phenomenon of population mobility, constantly optimize the relevant policies, and strive to promote the rationalization of the flow of talent, We will continue to integrate population mobility into urban development plans. Through the in-depth analysis of the situation and influence of population mobility in Hebei Province, it is possible to promote the population flow in Hebei Province to legalize and standardize its development, and at the same time, to play an active role in the overall planning and harmonious development of the society in Hebei Province.
