【摘要】：遴選國家級(jí)鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)是進(jìn)一步深化司法鑒定管理體制改革的重要措施,也是完善統(tǒng)一司法鑒定管理體制的一項(xiàng)嚴(yán)肅的工作。遴選應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持依法進(jìn)行、中立公認(rèn)和合理布局原則。遴選委員會(huì)在堅(jiān)持遴選基礎(chǔ)性條件和確認(rèn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下,應(yīng)當(dāng)經(jīng)過推薦、考評(píng)、確認(rèn)和公告等程序進(jìn)行,旨在使被遴選的國家級(jí)司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)具有權(quán)威性。
