【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)人口和非農(nóng)業(yè)人口兩種戶籍身份的外來(lái)人口在流入地城市的社會(huì)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)獲得的比較發(fā)現(xiàn),代表著城鄉(xiāng)分割體制因素的戶籍差異已不是影響他們獲得社會(huì)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的決定性因素,另一個(gè)制度變量——合同的簽訂,正在取代戶籍制度發(fā)生著作用。這也意味著城鄉(xiāng)分割的分析框架開始具有一定的局限性,對(duì)外來(lái)人口社會(huì)保障獲得的研究需要進(jìn)一步開闊視野,尋找一些城鄉(xiāng)分割因素之外的原因。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author compares the social medical insurance of the rural population with that of the non-agricultural population in the cities where they live. The difference in household registration, which represents the institutional factors of urban-rural segmentation, is no longer the decisive factor affecting their access to social medical insurance. Another institutional variable, the signing of contracts, Is replacing the household registration system. This also means that the analytical framework for urban-rural segmentation is beginning to have some limitations, and the research on the social security access of the foreign population needs to be further broadened. Look for reasons other than urban and rural segmentation.
