【摘要】：本文采用傾向卡尺近鄰的馬氏距離匹配法,使用中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行反事實(shí)干預(yù),并構(gòu)建probit模型評(píng)估戶籍所在地轉(zhuǎn)換難度對(duì)收入凈差距產(chǎn)生的影響。我們從收入補(bǔ)償角度解釋了普遍存在的戶籍所在地"反向歧視之謎",研究表明:中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)普遍存在戶籍所在地"反向歧視",當(dāng)其他條件相同時(shí),外地戶籍將帶來(lái)58.64%的收入溢價(jià)。戶籍轉(zhuǎn)換概率每提高1%,戶籍所在地帶來(lái)的收入差距將降低4%,證明反向歧視的原因是收入補(bǔ)償。反向歧視的存在和收入補(bǔ)償解釋的合理性并不因勞動(dòng)力個(gè)體特征差異和城市規(guī)模不同而改變,但本地農(nóng)業(yè)戶籍和低學(xué)歷勞動(dòng)力明顯受到更為嚴(yán)重的戶籍所在地歧視。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the Mahalanobis distance matching method with inclined caliper nearest neighbor is used to carry out counterfactual intervention using the comprehensive social survey data of China. The probit model is constructed to evaluate the impact of the difficulty of household registration conversion on the net income gap. From the perspective of income compensation, we explain the "reverse discrimination mystery" in the household registration location. The study shows that: China's labor market. There is widespread "reverse discrimination" in the domicile, when other conditions are the same, Foreign household registration will bring 58.64% income premium. For each increase in the probability of household registration conversion, the income gap brought by the household registration location will be reduced by 4 percent, proving that the cause of reverse discrimination is income compensation. The existence of reverse discrimination and the explanation of income compensation. Rationality does not change with the differences of individual characteristics of labor force and the scale of cities. But the local agricultural household registration and low-educated labor force is obviously more serious discrimination in domicile location.
