【摘要】：本文使用群體性事件參與來衡量社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,利用中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查(CGSS)2010年數(shù)據(jù)和世界銀行發(fā)布的中國(guó)城市稅費(fèi)水平數(shù)據(jù)考察了地區(qū)稅費(fèi)水平對(duì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的影響。結(jié)果表明,地區(qū)稅費(fèi)水平對(duì)群體性事件參與具有顯著性影響,地區(qū)稅費(fèi)水平越高,該地區(qū)居民參與群體性事件的可能性越大。將樣本按照是否感知權(quán)益侵犯進(jìn)行分組,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),不管是感知到權(quán)益侵犯的個(gè)體,還是未感知到權(quán)益侵犯的個(gè)體,地區(qū)稅費(fèi)水平對(duì)其參與群體性事件均具有顯著性影響,但是地區(qū)稅費(fèi)水平對(duì)感知到權(quán)益侵犯的個(gè)體參與群體性事件影響更大。將樣本按照戶籍進(jìn)行分組,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),地區(qū)稅費(fèi)水平對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民參與群體性事件沒有顯著性影響,但是對(duì)農(nóng)村居民參與群體性事件有顯著性影響,地區(qū)稅費(fèi)水平越高,農(nóng)村居民參與群體性事件的可能性越大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the participation of group events is used to measure social stability. Using the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS) on 2010 and the data of China's urban tax and fee levels published by the World Bank, the effects of regional tax and fee levels on social stability are investigated. The higher the level of regional taxes and fees is, the more likely the residents of the region are to participate in group events. The samples are grouped according to whether the rights and interests are infringed, and the results show that the higher the level of regional taxes and fees is, the more likely the residents are to participate in group events. The level of regional taxes and fees has a significant impact on the participation of individuals in group events, whether they are individuals who are aware of the infringement of rights and interests or those who do not feel the infringement of rights and interests. However, the level of regional taxes and fees has a greater impact on the participation of individuals who have perceived infringement of rights and interests in group events. The samples are grouped according to household registration, and the results show that the level of regional taxes and fees has no significant impact on the participation of urban residents in group events. However, it has a significant impact on the participation of rural residents in group events. The higher the level of regional taxes and fees, the greater the possibility of rural residents participating in group events.
