【摘要】： 中國(guó)在快速的城市化進(jìn)程中,需要警惕城市戶籍人口與非戶籍人口之間的居住區(qū)分割,特別是在戶籍管理嚴(yán)格的大城市。本文基于上海市居民調(diào)查的微觀數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)在戶籍身份差異這一維度上,居住區(qū)分割已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)。非戶籍家庭的居住條件明顯更差,在非戶籍家庭比例較高的社區(qū),居民對(duì)社區(qū)居住條件、安全、信任、健康及子女成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境等方面的評(píng)價(jià)明顯更低。在上述事實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步回答：這一現(xiàn)象是戶籍本身維度上的分割,還是僅僅代表了一系列與戶籍相關(guān)又影響居住選擇的家庭和人口特征?我們得到的答案是前者,而且與國(guó)外文獻(xiàn)的發(fā)現(xiàn)相比,中國(guó)的居住分割問(wèn)題更多地與政策的不平等有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization, China needs to be alert to the division of residential areas between urban residents and non-residents, especially in large cities with strict household registration management. It is found that in the dimension of the difference of household registration status, the division of residential areas has already appeared. The living conditions of non-household families are obviously worse, and in the communities where the proportion of non-household families is high, residents have confidence in the living conditions, safety and trust of the communities. On the basis of the above facts, this paper further replies that this phenomenon is a division of the dimensions of household registration. Or is it just a series of household and demographic characteristics related to household registration that affect the choice of residence? The answer we get is the former, and compared with the findings of foreign literature, the problem of residential division in China is more related to policy inequality.
