【摘要】： 隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入和高等教育改革發(fā)展步伐的加大,大學(xué)生群體性事件頻頻發(fā)生,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了學(xué)校的正常教學(xué)、管理秩序,影響到社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定。認(rèn)真分析和研究大學(xué)生群體性事件,積極探索有效的預(yù)防與應(yīng)對工作機(jī)制,對于構(gòu)建和諧校園、和諧社會具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章在借鑒西方關(guān)于“集群理論”和國內(nèi)外有關(guān)學(xué)者關(guān)于“群體性事件”研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對大學(xué)生群體性事件的現(xiàn)狀和對策進(jìn)行了深入的研究。本文在考察了“集群行為”和“群體性事件”有關(guān)定義的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大學(xué)生群體性事件的特點(diǎn),對“大學(xué)生群體性事件”的定義進(jìn)行了界定,同時總結(jié)了大學(xué)生群體性事件的類型和特征。大學(xué)生群體性事件發(fā)生的原因是十分復(fù)雜的,本文從外部環(huán)境、學(xué)校層面、學(xué)生自身三個方面探析了大學(xué)生群體性事件發(fā)生的原因。文章講述了要從提升管理水平、加強(qiáng)思想政治教育、建立有效工作機(jī)制等多個方面進(jìn)行大學(xué)生群體性事件的預(yù)防工作。文章最后論述了大學(xué)生群體性事件妥善處置的內(nèi)涵、原則和具體辦法。 文章緊密聯(lián)系大學(xué)生群體性事件的新特點(diǎn)、新趨勢,反映了其特有的因果性、必然性和規(guī)律性,運(yùn)用社會學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)等方面的理論對大學(xué)生群體性事件進(jìn)行了全面的分析,并且提出了有效的預(yù)防和應(yīng)對的策略。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the expansion of the pace of higher education reform and development, group incidents of college students have occurred frequently, which has seriously affected the normal teaching and management order of the school. It affects the harmony and stability of the society. It is of great practical significance to analyze and study the collective events of college students and actively explore the effective mechanism of prevention and coping. On the basis of drawing lessons from the western research on "cluster theory" and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on "group events", On the basis of investigating the definition of "group behavior" and "group event", this paper combines the characteristics of college students' group event. This paper defines the definition of "college student group event", and summarizes the types and characteristics of university student group event. The causes of college student group event are very complicated. This paper discusses the causes of the college students' mass incidents in three aspects. The article talks about how to improve the management level and strengthen the ideological and political education. The article discusses the connotation, principle and concrete method of the proper handling of the college students' group incidents in many aspects, such as establishing the effective working mechanism and so on. The article is closely related to the new characteristics and trends of college students' group events, reflecting its unique causality, inevitability and regularity, applying sociology and pedagogy, The theory of psychology makes a comprehensive analysis of college students' group events, and puts forward effective prevention and coping strategies.
