【摘要】：外來未成年人的犯罪預(yù)防,是強化社會防衛(wèi)和社會管理創(chuàng)新,服務(wù)涉罪未成年人個體矯治的重要舉措。在界定相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,提出研究外來未成年人犯罪預(yù)防機制的價值,并分析外來未成年人較之于本地未成年人犯罪預(yù)防的特殊之處,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了完善外來未成年人犯罪預(yù)防機制的對策。
[Abstract]:The crime prevention of foreign minors is an important measure to strengthen the innovation of social defense and social management, and to serve the individual correction of minors involved in crimes. On the basis of defining the relevant concepts, this paper puts forward the value of studying the prevention mechanism of crimes committed by foreign minors. On the basis of analyzing the special features of the crime prevention of foreign minors compared with the local minors, the author puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the prevention mechanism of juvenile delinquency.
