【摘要】：近年來,隨著平安城市和智慧城市項目的建設和發(fā)展,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為公安機關治安管控、打擊犯罪、預防應急突發(fā)事件的有效手段。隨著網(wǎng)絡通信技術的迅速發(fā)展以及移動智能終端(如智能手機、平板電腦等)的快速普及,智能終端已經(jīng)普遍攜帶視頻監(jiān)控、音頻、加速傳感器等感知設備。部分高端智能終端所能攜帶的視頻設備已經(jīng)超過部分低端的視頻監(jiān)控設備。智能終端的大量普及使得構建以人為中心的感知與計算網(wǎng)絡成為可能。對不同信息空間的信息進行有效融合,可以加強對于公共安全事件的有效感知與檢測。針對公共安全事件多源信息的融合問題,提出了數(shù)據(jù)浪涌模型,并對該模型進行了定義。同時利用該模型對人證合一系統(tǒng)進行了實例驗證。開發(fā)的人證合一系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)應用于北京市的多個長途車站與火車站。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the construction and development of the Ping'an City and the Wisdom City Project, the video surveillance system has become the security control and control of the public security organs and the fight against crime. With the rapid development of network communication technology and the rapid popularity of mobile intelligent terminals (such as smart phones, tablets, etc.), intelligent terminals have generally carried video surveillance, audio, etc. Sensing devices such as acceleration sensors. Some high-end intelligent terminals can carry more video devices than some low-end video surveillance devices. The popularity of intelligent terminals has led to the construction of a human-centered perception and computing network. It is possible to effectively integrate information from different information spaces, It can enhance the effective perception and detection of public safety events. To solve the problem of multi-source information fusion of public safety events, a data surge model is proposed. The combination between human and ticket system has been applied to many long-distance stations and railway stations in Beijing.
