【摘要】： 與吸毒販毒、環(huán)境污染并稱為世界三大公害之一的青少年犯罪,是世界各國(guó)共同面臨的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的加劇,社會(huì)環(huán)境也日趨復(fù)雜化和多變化,青少年犯罪日益凸顯。當(dāng)前我國(guó)青少年犯罪占各類(lèi)刑事犯罪總數(shù)的比例有不斷上升的趨勢(shì),并呈現(xiàn)出低齡化、團(tuán)伙化、智能化的特點(diǎn),其產(chǎn)生的原因是多方面的,既有青少年自身的生理、心理特點(diǎn)方面的原因,也有家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)不良因素等多方面的影響。預(yù)防和減少青少年犯罪的根本措施就是堅(jiān)持以學(xué)校為主,家庭、社會(huì)緊密結(jié)合,通過(guò)社會(huì)綜合治理,針對(duì)青少年的生理和心理特點(diǎn),在教育中要講究方式、方法和策略,加強(qiáng)對(duì)青少年的法制、思想品德和心理健康的教育,引導(dǎo)他們樹(shù)立正確的人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀。預(yù)防和減少青少年犯罪是全社會(huì)的共同責(zé)任和神圣使命,需要家庭、學(xué)校和全社會(huì)的共同努力。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,闡述了選題意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和論文的研究方法、基本思路等。第二部分是青少年犯罪的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),主要闡釋了青少年犯罪概念的界定,并對(duì)我國(guó)青少年犯罪的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。第三部分是青少年犯罪的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從犯罪總量、犯罪主體、犯罪類(lèi)型、犯罪方法、犯罪區(qū)域五個(gè)方面對(duì)青少年犯罪的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行闡述。第四部分是青少年犯罪原因,從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭、個(gè)人四個(gè)方面,深入剖析青少年犯罪的原因。最后是青少年犯罪的預(yù)防對(duì)策,這也是本文的研究目的所在,根據(jù)前文的分析,從加強(qiáng)教育、注重監(jiān)管、優(yōu)化環(huán)境、完善法律及綜合治理等多角度提出預(yù)防青少年犯罪的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency, which is regarded as one of the three major public hazards in the world with drug abuse and drug trafficking and environmental pollution, is a common social problem faced by all countries in the world. In recent years, with the development of economy and the aggravation of social transformation, The social environment is becoming increasingly complex and changing, and juvenile delinquency is becoming increasingly prominent. At present, the proportion of juvenile delinquency in the total number of criminal offenses in our country is on the rise, and it presents the characteristics of younger age, gang and intelligence. There are many reasons for this, both in terms of their own physical and psychological characteristics, as well as in their families and schools. The basic measures to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency are to persist in focusing on schools, combining families and society closely, and through comprehensive social management, aiming at the physiological and psychological characteristics of young people. We should pay attention to ways, methods and strategies in education, strengthen education on the legal system, moral character and mental health of young people, and guide them to establish a correct outlook on life and world outlook. The prevention and reduction of juvenile delinquency is the common responsibility and sacred mission of the whole society. It requires the joint efforts of the family, school and the whole society. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which describes the significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research status and research methods, basic ideas, etc. The second part is the status quo and characteristics of juvenile delinquency. This paper mainly explains the definition of juvenile delinquency, and analyzes in detail the present situation and characteristics of juvenile delinquency in China. The third part is the development trend of juvenile delinquency, which includes the total amount of crime, the subject of crime, the type of crime, the method of crime. The development trend of juvenile delinquency is expounded in five aspects of the crime area. Part 4th is the cause of juvenile delinquency, from four aspects: society, school, family, and individual. Analyze the causes of juvenile delinquency in depth. Finally, the preventive countermeasures for juvenile delinquency. This is also the purpose of this paper. According to the previous analysis, from strengthening education, paying attention to supervision, and optimizing the environment, Improve the law and comprehensive management and other perspectives to prevent juvenile delinquency countermeasures.
