【摘要】：正偵查審訊既是一門學(xué)問,又是一種藝術(shù),是職務(wù)犯罪偵查工作的一個難點環(huán)節(jié),特別是對偵查審訊實行全程同步錄音錄像規(guī)定后,其要求更高、難度更大。筆者結(jié)合近十年的審訊實踐,略談對偵查審訊現(xiàn)場把握的體會。
[Abstract]:Investigation and interrogation is not only a subject of learning, but also an art. It is a difficult link in the investigation of job-related crimes. Especially after the implementation of simultaneous audio and video recording of the whole process of investigation and interrogation, its requirements are even higher. The author discusses the experience of grasping the scene of investigation and interrogation based on the trial practice of nearly ten years.
