【摘要】： 近年來,高職院校學(xué)生犯罪數(shù)量呈上升趨勢(shì),類型趨于多樣化,對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生犯罪的研究又相對(duì)缺乏。重視高職院校學(xué)生犯罪情況,提出預(yù)防、減少在校學(xué)生違法犯罪的思路、措施、對(duì)策,具有重要意義。由于高職院校學(xué)生的犯罪行為會(huì)影響其個(gè)人、家庭、社會(huì)以及國家等各方面的重大利益,我們必須積極防范,努力減少高職院校學(xué)生違法犯罪行為。 筆者針對(duì)當(dāng)前情況對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生犯罪的案例進(jìn)行調(diào)查、歸類、整理、研究,在借鑒刑法學(xué)與犯罪學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,全面分析了當(dāng)前我國高職院校學(xué)生犯罪的特點(diǎn)與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),深入探究了其形成的原因,旨在尋求預(yù)防高職院校學(xué)生犯罪的路徑。對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生犯罪的預(yù)防,要采取綜合治理的方針,需要社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭和大學(xué)生個(gè)人的多方努力,所以本文從三個(gè)方面來構(gòu)建這一預(yù)防體系:社會(huì)預(yù)防、學(xué)校預(yù)防、家庭預(yù)防。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of students' crime in higher vocational colleges is on the rise, the types tend to be diversified, and the research on the students' crime in higher vocational colleges is relatively lacking. Pay attention to the situation of students' crimes in higher vocational colleges and put forward the prevention. It is of great significance to reduce the number of students who violate the law and commit crimes. Because the criminal behavior of students in higher vocational colleges will affect their personal, family, social and national interests. We must actively guard against, and strive to reduce the students in higher vocational colleges and criminal behavior. According to the current situation, the author investigates, classifies, arranges and studies the cases of students' crime in higher vocational colleges, on the basis of drawing lessons from criminal law and criminology. This paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics and development trend of students' crime in higher vocational colleges in our country, and probes into the causes of its formation, in order to seek the path of preventing students' crime in higher vocational colleges and to prevent students from committing crimes in higher vocational colleges. In order to adopt the policy of comprehensive management, it needs the efforts of society, school, family and college students, so this paper constructs the prevention system from three aspects: social prevention, school prevention and family prevention.
