【摘要】：總體國家安全觀是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央對我國和世界面臨的安全形勢和安全問題的總體思考,它超越了傳統(tǒng)的安全理論,既具有人民性、整體性和開放性等理論特點(diǎn),又展現(xiàn)了群眾史觀、系統(tǒng)思維和發(fā)展理念等馬克思主義哲學(xué)的境界�？傮w國家安全觀蘊(yùn)含著中國傳統(tǒng)文化的智慧,又凝聚了中國共產(chǎn)黨人國家建設(shè)和治國理政的經(jīng)驗(yàn),既有中國特色,又有世界普適性,具有非凡的世界價值。
[Abstract]:The overall national security concept is the overall thinking of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core on the security situation and security problems facing our country and the world. It transcends the traditional safety theory and has the character of people. The theoretical characteristics of integrity and openness also show the realm of Marxist philosophy such as mass historical view, systematic thinking and development concept. The overall national security concept contains the wisdom of Chinese traditional culture. It also condenses the experience of the Chinese Communists in the construction of the country and the administration of the country. It has both Chinese characteristics and universal applicability of the world, and it has extraordinary world value.
