【摘要】：香港特區(qū)警察教育訓(xùn)練中職業(yè)化特色鮮明,分級(jí)分類,教育訓(xùn)練注重操作,學(xué)以致用,訓(xùn)練標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范統(tǒng)一。內(nèi)地改革開放三十多年來,警察教育訓(xùn)練也形成體制優(yōu)勢(shì),學(xué)歷教育與職業(yè)教育并重,警察教育訓(xùn)練體系多重多級(jí),逢進(jìn)必訓(xùn)等特點(diǎn)。文章分別分析了我國(guó)香港特區(qū)和內(nèi)地的警察教育訓(xùn)練的基本特點(diǎn),通過比較二者的共同點(diǎn)和差異,汲取和借鑒香港特區(qū)警察教育訓(xùn)練中的特色,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)我國(guó)內(nèi)地的警察教育訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Hong Kong Special Administrative region police education and training in the distinctive characteristics of professionalism, classification, education and training emphasis on operation, use of learning, training standards and norms. Mainland reform and opening up for more than 30 years. Police education and training also form a system advantage, academic education and vocational education pay equal attention to, police education and training system multiple levels. The article analyzes the basic characteristics of police education and training in Hong Kong Special Administrative region and the mainland of China respectively, and compares their common points and differences. Draw lessons from the characteristics of Hong Kong SAR police education and training, further promote the mainland of China's police education and training.
