【摘要】：培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型法律職業(yè)人才,是實施卓越法律人才教育培養(yǎng)計劃的重點。為達致該目標,涉海高校應(yīng)以促進學生全面發(fā)展和提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量為根本,以創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式為關(guān)鍵,進一步優(yōu)化課程體系,突出實踐教學環(huán)節(jié),推進教育教學改革,培養(yǎng)綜合素質(zhì)高、實踐能力強、具有創(chuàng)新精神的"能安心、能吃苦、能創(chuàng)業(yè)"的應(yīng)用型法律職業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:The training of applied legal professionals is the focus of the implementation of excellent legal personnel education and training program. In order to achieve this goal, colleges and universities involved in the sea should further optimize the curriculum system, highlight the practical teaching links, and promote the reform of education and teaching, taking promoting the all-round development of students and improving the quality of talent training, taking the innovation of personnel training mode as the key, further optimizing the curriculum system, highlighting practical teaching links, and promoting educational and teaching reform. Cultivate applied legal professionals with high comprehensive quality, strong practical ability and innovative spirit.
