【摘要】：在法政學(xué)界,韓非學(xué)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱韓學(xué))是一門尚未給予足夠重視的專門之學(xué)。韓學(xué)作為中國(guó)法律文化的一個(gè)重要紐結(jié),既可以歸屬于法律史學(xué),也可以歸屬于理論法學(xué),當(dāng)然,還可以歸屬于國(guó)學(xué)中的"諸子學(xué)"或"子學(xué)"。要理解韓學(xué),有必要走進(jìn)韓學(xué)的歷史世界。按照新近出版的《韓學(xué)源流》,韓學(xué)的歷史包括七個(gè)段落,它們分別是秦代韓學(xué)、漢代韓學(xué)、漢魏韓學(xué)、兩晉南北朝韓學(xué)、唐宋韓學(xué)、元明清韓學(xué)與民國(guó)韓學(xué)。這樣的劃分勾畫(huà)了韓學(xué)的自然史,未及韓學(xué)的精神史;描繪了韓學(xué)之流,未及韓學(xué)之源;展示了韓學(xué)在華夏的歷史世界,未及韓學(xué)在海外的歷史世界。
[Abstract]:In the field of law and politics, Han Fei's study (hereinafter referred to as Korean study) is a specialized school which has not been given enough attention. Korean studies, as an important knot of Chinese legal culture, can be attributed not only to the history of law, but also to the theory of law, and, of course, to the "schools of thought" or "substudies" in the study of Chinese classics. In order to understand Korean learning, it is necessary to enter the historical world of Korean learning. According to the newly published "the Origin of Korean Studies", the history of Korean Studies includes seven paragraphs, namely, Korean Studies in Qin Dynasty, Han Dynasty in Wei Dynasty, Korean Studies in Southern and Northern dynasties in Jin Dynasty, Korean Studies in Tang and Song dynasties, Korean Studies in Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties and Korean Studies in Republic of China. Such a division delineates the natural history of Korean studies and the spiritual history of Korean studies; depicts the stream of Korean studies and the source of Korean studies; and shows the historical world of Korean studies in China and the historical world of Korean studies abroad.
