【摘要】：黨作為中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導核心,黨的領(lǐng)導是依法治國的根本保證,是決定法治中國建設成敗之關(guān)鍵;加強黨對依法治國的領(lǐng)導重在提升黨領(lǐng)導依法治國的能力,具體體現(xiàn)在黨領(lǐng)導立法、保障執(zhí)法、支持司法和帶頭守法的素質(zhì)能力;新時期,要以改進頂層設計工作中的引導方法為前提,以實現(xiàn)黨組織實施方法的法制化、科學化和現(xiàn)代化為關(guān)鍵,以完善黨在資源整合中的策略方針為保障,以充分發(fā)揮黨在法治思維形成中的凝聚感召能力為根本,全面推進依法治國和實現(xiàn)國家治理體系與治理能力的現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:As the core of leadership in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee of governing the country by law and the key to the success or failure of the construction of China under the rule of law. To strengthen the Party's leadership in governing the country according to law is to enhance the Party's ability to lead the country according to law, which is embodied in the Party's leading legislation, ensuring the enforcement of the law, supporting the judiciary and the quality of leading and abiding by the law; In the new period, it is necessary to improve the guiding methods in the top-level design work, to realize the legalization, scientization and modernization of the implementation methods of the Party organizations, and to improve the Party's strategic policies in the integration of resources. Based on giving full play to the Party's condensing and inspiring ability in the formation of the thinking of rule by law, the author comprehensively promotes governing the country according to law and realizing the modernization of the country's governing system and ability.
