【摘要】：正2016年12月9日至10日,由浙江大學(xué)光華法學(xué)院、美國耶魯大學(xué)法學(xué)院、美國杜蘭大學(xué)法學(xué)院共同主辦的第八屆紐黑文學(xué)派國際學(xué)術(shù)會議在浙江大學(xué)舉辦,本次會議的主題是紐黑文學(xué)派與當(dāng)代國際法。在12月9日的開幕式上,浙江大學(xué)資深文科教授王貴國教授、浙江大學(xué)光華法學(xué)院院長朱新力教授、美國杜蘭大學(xué)法學(xué)院院長Meyer教授先后致辭。第一天的會議由五小節(jié)組成。分別由復(fù)旦大學(xué)張乃根教授,對外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)石靜霞教授,德國帕紹大學(xué)、美國杜蘭大學(xué)
[Abstract]:From 9 to 10 December 2016, the eighth International Conference of the New Haven School of Law, co-sponsored by the School of Law of Zhejiang University, the School of Law of Yale University and the School of Law of Duran University, was held at Zhejiang University. The theme of this conference is New Haven School and Contemporary International Law. At the opening ceremony on December 9, Professor Wang Guanghua, Senior Professor of Liberal Arts, Zhejiang University, Professor Zhu Xinli, Dean of Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University, and Professor Meyer, Dean of Law School, Duran University, USA, delivered speeches successively. The first day of the meeting consisted of five bars.
