【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)意義上,正統(tǒng)猶太教徒認(rèn)為,拉比們所使用的解經(jīng)方法和由此得出的結(jié)論都屬于西奈山傳統(tǒng)。這種對(duì)于律法傳統(tǒng)的忠實(shí),給后來的拉比解釋學(xué)帶來了無盡的困難,尤其是經(jīng)歷了放逐之后的猶太人會(huì)面對(duì)大量的新問題,而這些問題又不能為傳統(tǒng)律法的字面意思所涵蓋。為了應(yīng)對(duì)這些新的困難,由此便誕生了兩種解經(jīng)趨向:一種是以斐洛為代表的"寓意解經(jīng)法";一種則是以希勒爾拉比為代表的"解經(jīng)七則"。這兩者當(dāng)中共同的希臘化因素值得考察。
[Abstract]:In the traditional sense, the orthodox Jews believe that the method and conclusion of the Rabbi's interpretation belong to the Sinai tradition. This loyalty to the tradition of the law created endless difficulties for later rabbi hermeneutics, especially when Jews after exile faced a large number of new problems that could not be covered by the literal meaning of traditional law. In order to deal with these new difficulties, two kinds of interpretation trends were born: one is the "moral interpretation method" represented by Philo, and the other is the "seven principles" represented by Hillel Rabbi. The common Hellenistic factor between the two is worth examining.
