【摘要】：正《法學(xué)研究》擬于每年四月和十月的第三個(gè)周末舉辦春季論壇和秋季論壇,聚多方智慧,襄法治盛舉。論壇將通過(guò)征稿、約稿等途徑,邀請(qǐng)學(xué)界對(duì)論壇主題有深入研究的學(xué)者參與討論。《法學(xué)研究》2014年春季論壇以"全面深化改革與不動(dòng)產(chǎn)法律制度的完善"為主題,現(xiàn)面向社會(huì)公開(kāi)征稿。中國(guó)人民正在歷經(jīng)一場(chǎng)全面深化改革的偉大實(shí)踐。改革的推進(jìn)與成功,離不開(kāi)觀念的更新、話語(yǔ)的引導(dǎo)和頂層的設(shè)計(jì)。法律人不能置身事外,要承擔(dān)起宏揚(yáng)法治理念、倡導(dǎo)法治話語(yǔ)、貢獻(xiàn)法律智慧、參與法治構(gòu)建的重任,努力成為改革的先行者。改革的偉大實(shí)踐給法律人提出了新的任務(wù)和挑戰(zhàn),也給法治理論與實(shí)踐的創(chuàng)新與提升提供了新的契機(jī)。當(dāng)前土地問(wèn)題十分復(fù)雜。作為人類最重要的生存和發(fā)展資源,土地制度的變革不僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的重要內(nèi)容,也是政治體制改革的重要內(nèi)容。中國(guó)改革的全面深化,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的推進(jìn),有賴于發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)在土地資源配置中的決定性作用、打破城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的土地
[Abstract]:The third weekend of April and October is planned to hold the Spring Forum and the Autumn Forum to gather wisdom and promote the rule of law. The Forum will invite scholars who have in-depth research on the topic of the Forum to participate in the discussion through such channels as draft collection and draft contract. The spring 2014 Forum will focus on the theme of "comprehensively deepening the reform and the perfection of the real estate legal system." Now facing the public draft collection. The Chinese people are undergoing a great practice of comprehensively deepening reform. The promotion and success of the reform can not be separated from the renewal of ideas, the guidance of discourse and the design of the top level. The legal person should take on the responsibility of promoting the concept of the rule of law, advocating the rule of law discourse, contributing to the legal wisdom, participating in the construction of the rule of law, and striving to become the forerunner of the reform. The great practice of reform puts forward new tasks and challenges to the legal people, and also provides a new opportunity for the innovation and promotion of the theory and practice of the rule of law. The current land problem is very complex. As the most important resource for human survival and development, the reform of land system is not only the important content of economic system reform, but also the important content of political system reform. The overall deepening of China's reform and the promotion of urbanization depend on giving play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of land resources and breaking the dual structure of land in urban and rural areas.
