【摘要】：據(jù)中等收入陷阱的理論，人均GDP在3000—10000美元之間是矛盾突顯期，這是經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展積累的矛盾集中爆發(fā)的時(shí)期，容易出現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)回落或停滯、社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩、信仰缺失等問(wèn)題。大部分國(guó)家無(wú)法找到新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式克服這些困難，無(wú)法進(jìn)入高收入國(guó)家行列。當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)，經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年的改革開(kāi)放，按照國(guó)際貨幣基金組織（IMF）公布的數(shù)據(jù)，2010年中國(guó)的人均GDP達(dá)到4382美元，排在全球第94名。依照以上理論，我們正處于矛盾突顯期，處理好國(guó)家發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的這些矛盾非常重要，而解決這些矛盾需要一個(gè)穩(wěn)定的社會(huì)環(huán)境，因此，社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定就顯得尤為重要，維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定要從我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)思想寶庫(kù)中充分發(fā)掘有用資源。我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)上將“和諧”作為社會(huì)的最終目標(biāo)，將“無(wú)訟”作為實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧的重要的手段，這種法律意識(shí)仍然存在人們的思想中，這對(duì)建立和諧社會(huì)有著重要的價(jià)值。我們?cè)诮⒑椭C社會(huì)的過(guò)程中，既要利用傳統(tǒng)“無(wú)訟”思想中的有益思想，又要摒棄對(duì)秩序的過(guò)分追求，，我們建立的和諧社會(huì)應(yīng)當(dāng)是一個(gè)法治社會(huì)，公平正義是和諧社會(huì)追求的最高價(jià)值，通過(guò)公平正義讓社會(huì)安定有序，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)“無(wú)訟”。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of middle income trap, GDP per capita is a period of contradiction between 3000-10, 000 US dollars, which is a period of concentration of contradictions accumulated by rapid economic development, which is prone to economic decline or stagnation, social unrest, lack of faith and other problems. Most countries are unable to find new models of economic development to overcome these difficulties and to join the ranks of high-income countries. At present, after more than 30 years of reform and opening up, according to the data released by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), China's per capita GDP reached 4382 US dollars in 2010, ranking 94th in the world. According to the above theory, we are in the period of contradiction highlighting. It is very important to deal with these contradictions in the course of national development. To solve these contradictions, we need a stable social environment. Therefore, social harmony and stability are particularly important. To maintain social stability, we should fully explore useful resources from our traditional ideological treasure house. Our country has traditionally regarded "harmony" as the ultimate goal of the society and "no lawsuit" as an important means to achieve harmony. This legal consciousness still exists in people's thoughts, which is of great value to the establishment of a harmonious society. In the process of building a harmonious society, we should not only make use of the beneficial ideas in the traditional "no lawsuit" thought, but also abandon the excessive pursuit of order. The harmonious society we have built should be a society ruled by law. Fairness and justice is the highest value of harmonious society.
