【摘要】：正黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)繪就了建設(shè)"法治中國(guó)"的路線(xiàn)圖,提出了全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)方案。全會(huì)審議通過(guò)了《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)若干重大問(wèn)題的決定》,提出全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)總目標(biāo)是建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治體系,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家,對(duì)如何全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)、加快社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家建設(shè)進(jìn)行了頂層設(shè)計(jì)和戰(zhàn)略部署,這意味著全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)事業(yè)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)嶄新的階段。從中共十五大提出"依法治國(guó)"基本方略至今已17
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee drew a road map for building a "China ruled by law" and put forward a comprehensive plan to promote the rule of law. The plenary session deliberated and adopted the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues of comprehensively promoting administering the country according to Law," and put forward that the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law is to build a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and to build a socialist country ruled by law. The top-level design and strategic arrangement of how to advance the rule of law and speed up the construction of socialist country ruled by law means that the cause of governing the country according to law has entered a new stage. It has been 17 years since the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the basic general plan of "governing the country according to law".
