【摘要】：自然法是洛克建構(gòu)整個(gè)社會(huì)政治理論體系背后的基石。洛克借助傳統(tǒng)的自然法觀念為其具有強(qiáng)烈現(xiàn)代色彩的政治理論提供道義的支撐和規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ),探討洛克自然法理論的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵及其在社會(huì)契約理論建構(gòu)中的作用和地位,對(duì)于正確理解洛克的政治哲學(xué)甚至整個(gè)近代自由主義的規(guī)范性基礎(chǔ)都具有極為重要的意義。從自然法背后的宗教基礎(chǔ)、自然法與自然權(quán)利、自然法與政治社會(huì)三個(gè)方面可作為詳細(xì)闡釋洛克自然法理論的基礎(chǔ),并可由此深入剖析洛克整個(gè)社會(huì)契約理論背后的邏輯。
[Abstract]:Natural law is the cornerstone behind Locke's construction of the whole social and political theory system. With the help of the traditional concept of natural law, Locke provides moral support and normative basis for his political theory with strong modern color, and probes into the essential connotation of Locke's theory of natural law and its role and position in the construction of social contract theory. It is of great significance to correctly understand Locke's political philosophy and even the normative foundation of modern liberalism. The religious basis, natural law and natural rights, natural law and political society can be used as the basis of explaining Locke's theory of natural law in detail, and the logic behind Locke's whole social contract theory can be deeply analyzed.
