【摘要】：正案情簡(jiǎn)介段某自2010年12月在某區(qū)城西國(guó)土房管所工作,任副主任科員,主要負(fù)責(zé)違法占地的巡查和辦理農(nóng)房產(chǎn)權(quán)證。2011年3月至2012年3月期間,段某利用職務(wù)上的便利,多次非法收受他人財(cái)物共計(jì)16.8萬元,在明知相關(guān)違法建房戶沒有繳納罰款、手續(xù)不齊全的情況下,超越職權(quán)違規(guī)為12人辦理房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證書,其行為嚴(yán)重影響政府機(jī)關(guān)正常的辦理房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)的工作秩序,部分民眾已對(duì)
[Abstract]:Duan Mou has been working in the land and house management office in the west city of a certain district since December 2010. He is the deputy director of the section, mainly responsible for the inspection of illegal occupation of land and the processing of farm house property certificates. Between March 2011 and March 2012, Duan Mou took advantage of the convenience of his position. For many times, illegally accepting property from others amounted to 168000 yuan. In the case of knowing that the relevant illegal building tenants had not paid a fine and the formalities were not complete, they went beyond their authority and violated the authority to handle the building title certificate for 12 people.
