【摘要】：隨著數(shù)字技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),傳統(tǒng)版權(quán)保護(hù)法治已不再適應(yīng)數(shù)字娛樂(lè)版權(quán)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。美國(guó)"云計(jì)算"和"數(shù)據(jù)流"技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展給數(shù)字娛樂(lè)版權(quán)保護(hù)法治帶來(lái)新的研究視角。與個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)模式相比,"云計(jì)算"一方面更能有效地防止數(shù)字娛樂(lè)版權(quán)盜版行為,另一方面能為窘境中的數(shù)字版權(quán)理論提供新的路徑。因此,美國(guó)相關(guān)法制研究的啟示,對(duì)于完善我國(guó)數(shù)字娛樂(lè)版權(quán)制度具有十分重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of digital technology, the rule of law of traditional copyright protection is no longer suitable for the development of digital entertainment copyright. The rapid development of cloud computing and data stream technology in the United States brings a new research perspective to the rule of law of copyright protection in digital entertainment. Compared with the personal computer model, cloud computing can prevent digital entertainment copyright piracy more effectively, on the other hand, it can provide a new path for the theory of digital rights in the dilemma. Therefore, the enlightenment of the relevant legal research in the United States is of great theoretical and practical significance to the improvement of the copyright system of digital entertainment in China.
