[Abstract]:The the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee deliberations of the Party adopted the decision of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as the decision) to carry out a number of major issues of the rule of law in the whole of the country (hereinafter referred to as the decision).
