【摘要】：正引言人有無(wú)生命自主處分的權(quán)利是現(xiàn)代民主國(guó)家歧義很深但又無(wú)法回避的沉甸甸的法治話(huà)題。在生命神圣標(biāo)語(yǔ)逐漸消退宗教神學(xué)色彩的歷史進(jìn)程中,當(dāng)今社會(huì)民眾日益關(guān)注和重視生命的真正品質(zhì)。無(wú)論是深入發(fā)掘生命權(quán)的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,還是全面剖析"人的尊嚴(yán)"的核心價(jià)值,抑或是通過(guò)找尋自我決定權(quán)的權(quán)屬位置肯認(rèn)生命自主權(quán)的法律存在,在一個(gè)人自由、自愿、真摯的主觀狀態(tài)下,完全可以
[Abstract]:The right of whether people have the right to dispose of their own life or not is a heavy topic of rule of law which is deeply divided but unavoidable in modern democratic countries. In the historical process that the sacred slogan of life gradually fade away the color of religious theology, the people pay more and more attention to the real quality of life. Whether it is to explore the essence of the right to life in depth, or to analyze the core value of "human dignity" in an all-round way, or to recognize the existence of the right to life autonomy by seeking the position of ownership of the right to decide on one's own, to be free and voluntary in a person.
