【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,環(huán)境問題日益加劇,如何有效治理環(huán)境,推進(jìn)環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)的發(fā)展,顯得十分迫切和重要。本文從生態(tài)文明法治化建設(shè)角度出發(fā),分析生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的法治思維,生態(tài)文明與法治建設(shè)之間的相互作用及其現(xiàn)狀、必要性,進(jìn)而提出法治生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的可行性建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. How to manage the environment effectively and promote the development of environment-friendly society is very urgent and important. Based on the legal construction of ecological civilization, this paper analyzes the legal thinking of ecological civilization construction, the interaction between ecological civilization and legal construction, the necessity and necessity, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the construction of ecological civilization by law.
