【摘要】：對(duì)黨紀(jì)黨規(guī)與國(guó)法關(guān)系的認(rèn)知,關(guān)系到中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治體系的構(gòu)建,"紀(jì)在法前"是對(duì)兩者關(guān)系的高度概括,對(duì)全面依法治國(guó)和法治政府建設(shè)具有重要意義。"紀(jì)在法前"是從黨的層面維護(hù)法治,有助于反腐倡廉建設(shè)和限制公權(quán)力。目前,立法上已初步形成黨內(nèi)法規(guī)與國(guó)家法律相協(xié)調(diào)的運(yùn)作體系,司法實(shí)踐中黨紀(jì)反腐逐步成為司法反腐的必要補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:The cognition of the relationship between the Party discipline and the state law is related to the construction of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. "discipline before the law" is a highly summary of the relationship between the two, and is of great significance to the comprehensive rule of law and the construction of the government ruled by law. " To uphold the rule of law at the level of the Party is helpful to the construction of anti-corruption and the restriction of public power. At present, the operation system of inner-party laws and national laws has been initially formed in legislation, and party discipline anti-corruption has gradually become a necessary supplement to judicial anti-corruption in judicial practice.
