【摘要】：法治社會(huì)是在法治國(guó)家、法治政府之后提出的一個(gè)關(guān)涉法治全局的概念;法治社會(huì)并不是一個(gè)孤立的概念,它與法治國(guó)家、法治政府甚至還有法治政黨等概念相聯(lián)系,在一定意義上也可以將其視為法治國(guó)家、法治政府和整個(gè)法治的基礎(chǔ);法治社會(huì)是一個(gè)發(fā)展著的概念,與法治國(guó)家、法治政府、法治政黨的理論和實(shí)踐相比,法治社會(huì)的相關(guān)理論和制度尚不成熟。推進(jìn)法治社會(huì)理論與實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,在法治國(guó)家、法治政府、法治社會(huì)一體建設(shè)的邏輯中,理解法治社會(huì)的基本內(nèi)涵與特征,在社會(huì)治理、社會(huì)自治、社會(huì)法治一脈相承的邏輯中,尋求法治社會(huì)的構(gòu)成體系和基本路徑,從而在學(xué)術(shù)上拓展社會(huì)法學(xué)、公法學(xué)和整個(gè)法學(xué)理論及學(xué)科體系,推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治理論體系的完善和發(fā)展,在實(shí)踐中形成黨內(nèi)法治、國(guó)家法治、社會(huì)法治同步發(fā)展的局面,全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)、加快建設(shè)法治中國(guó)。
[Abstract]:The society under the rule of law is a concept that concerns the overall situation of the rule of law after the country under the rule of law and the government of the rule of law, and the society of the rule of law is not an isolated concept, it is related to the concept of a country ruled by law, the government of the rule of law and even political parties. In a certain sense, it can also be regarded as the basis of the rule of law, the government of the rule of law and the rule of law as a whole. The relevant theories and systems of the society ruled by law are not yet mature. To promote the innovation of the theory and practice of the society ruled by law, to understand the basic connotation and characteristics of the society ruled by law in the logic of the construction of a country ruled by law, a government ruled by law and a society ruled by law, and in the logic of social governance, social autonomy, and social rule by law. Seek the constitution system and basic path of the society ruled by law, so as to expand the social jurisprudence, public law science and the whole legal theory and discipline system, and promote the perfection and development of the theory system of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In practice, the rule of law within the party, the rule of law in the country and the rule of law in society develop synchronously, promote the rule of law in an all-round way, and accelerate the construction of a country ruled by law.
