【摘要】：PPP模式作為一種新型的投融資模式和公共服務(wù)提供模式,對(duì)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)革新,尤其是對(duì)電力產(chǎn)業(yè)投資發(fā)揮著巨大的推動(dòng)作用。通過對(duì)PPP模式的定義及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行論述,比較BOT、TOT等模式與PPP模式的差異,分析了能源法律變革對(duì)PPP模式下電力產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目資本結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,提出了PPP模式對(duì)電力產(chǎn)業(yè)投資的重大意義。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of investment and financing and public service supply, PPP plays an important role in the innovation of energy industry, especially in the investment of power industry. This paper discusses the definition and characteristics of PPP mode, compares the difference between BOTTOT model and PPP model, and analyzes the influence of energy law reform on the capital structure of electric power industry project under PPP mode. The significance of PPP model to power industry investment is put forward.
