【摘要】：我國的法治建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了三十多年的探索和前進(jìn),隨著社會主義法律體系的基本形成,法治建設(shè)進(jìn)入了新的歷史階段,在全面建設(shè)法治國家的背景下,法治建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向理念和意識的更新。黨的十八大把“法治”作為社會主義核心價(jià)值觀的一大要素,要讓法治成為一種全民信仰。當(dāng)前,我國社會存在法治信仰缺失的情況,法治信仰培育一直出于落后狀態(tài),這與法治國家的要求是有很大的差距,因此,有必要提高對法治信仰的關(guān)注和重視程度,分析當(dāng)前法治信仰培育中存在的問題和不足,提出進(jìn)一步培育公民法治信仰的路徑和方式,是我們建設(shè)社會主義法治國家、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的內(nèi)在要求。論文共分為五個(gè)部分。導(dǎo)論部分,就論文的研究背景和理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義進(jìn)行分析,歸納總結(jié)有關(guān)法治信仰的文獻(xiàn),并就論文主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了說明。第二部分,對論文相關(guān)重點(diǎn)概念和觀點(diǎn)予以闡述,并將法治信仰概念與近似概念如宗教信仰、法律信仰等進(jìn)行辨析。第三部分從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā),對當(dāng)前我國法治信仰缺失的現(xiàn)狀及原因進(jìn)行分析,從知法、愛法、信法、用法四個(gè)階段和層面,提出每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中存在的突出問題。第四部分主要是在前文的研究論述和原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,相應(yīng)地從知法、愛法、信法、用法四個(gè)層面提出在當(dāng)前培育社會主義法治信仰的對策和路徑。第五部分是法治信仰培育的重要意義,從法治信仰對國家、社會、個(gè)人三個(gè)層面的價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。通過對社會主義法治信仰培育問題的研究希望能給這一領(lǐng)域添加些許資料,并為國家全面建設(shè)法治國家、培育公民法治信仰建言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:The construction of the rule of law in our country has experienced more than 30 years of exploration and progress. With the basic formation of the socialist legal system, the construction of the rule of law has entered a new historical stage. The emphasis of the construction of rule of law turns to the renewal of idea and consciousness. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the rule of law as a key element of socialist core values, and should make the rule of law a popular belief. At present, there is a lack of belief in the rule of law in our society, and the cultivation of the belief of the rule of law has always been out of the backward state, which is far from the requirements of the country ruled by law. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the level of attention and attention to the belief in the rule of law. This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of the belief in the rule of law at present, and puts forward the ways and means of further cultivating the belief of the rule of law by citizens, which is the inherent requirement for us to build a socialist country ruled by law and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation The thesis is divided into five parts. In the introduction part, the author analyzes the research background, theory and practical significance of the thesis, summarizes the literature on the belief of rule of law, and explains the main research contents, research methods and innovation points of the paper. In the second part, the related key concepts and viewpoints of the thesis are expounded, and the concept of belief in the rule of law and similar concepts such as religious belief, legal belief are analyzed. The third part analyzes the current situation and causes of the lack of belief in the rule of law in our country from the point of view of reality, and puts forward the outstanding problems in each link from the four stages and levels of knowledge, love, faith and usage. In the fourth part, on the basis of the previous research and reason analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures and ways to cultivate the socialist belief in the rule of law from the four aspects of knowing, loving, believing and using. The fifth part is the important significance of the cultivation of the belief of rule of law, which analyzes and summarizes the value of the country, the society and the individual from the perspective of the belief of the rule of law. It is hoped that the research on the cultivation of socialist belief in the rule of law can add some information to this field and offer suggestions for the country to build a country ruled by law in an all-round way and to cultivate the belief in the rule of law among citizens.
