【摘要】：探討法治與改革的關(guān)系目的在于找出深化改革的路徑。我們需要改變對法治與改革之關(guān)系的簡單思辨,在對立統(tǒng)一關(guān)系中探尋法治與改革的統(tǒng)合體。"在深化改革中拓展法治"的命題是對法治與改革關(guān)系的高度凝練,其中一核心內(nèi)容是統(tǒng)合法治與改革關(guān)系的"法治改革"概念。在此概念基礎(chǔ)之上,深化改革以"法治中國"為目標,"法治中國"則以深化改革為路徑。在深化改革和法治建設(shè)過程中融入社會主義核心價值觀,使得法治與改革兩種方法都有了價值追求,也是在深化改革中拓展法治的正確方向。
[Abstract]:The purpose of exploring the relationship between the rule of law and the reform is to find out the path of deepening the reform. We need to change our simple thinking about the relationship between the rule of law and reform, and explore the unity of opposites between the rule of law and reform. " The proposition of expanding the rule of law in deepening reform is a highly condensed view of the relationship between the rule of law and the reform, one of the core contents of which is the concept of "rule of law reform" which integrates the relationship between the rule of law and the reform. On the basis of this concept, the goal of deepening reform is "China ruled by law", while "China ruled by law" takes deepening reform as the path. The integration of socialist core values in the process of deepening the reform and the construction of the rule of law makes both the rule of law and the reform have the pursuit of value, which is also the correct direction to expand the rule of law in the deepening of the reform.
