【摘要】：政治機會結構理論是一種強調外部情境“政治屬性”的理論觀點。本文依照“文化—制度”及“穩(wěn)定—多變”維度,以宋村集體土地糾紛事件為案例,區(qū)分文化性與制度性政治機會,將穩(wěn)定的與多變的政治機會分離,詳細闡述了多元主體的博弈過程,重新梳理和整合相關變量,從而淡化不同國家間政治制度差異對抗爭行為的決定性影響,結合我國現(xiàn)有制度的“政治性”“穩(wěn)定性”和“競爭性”特點,實現(xiàn)了政治機會結構理論的本土化改造,突出了權威性話語的轉變、弱化的鄉(xiāng)村治理結構、精英的突出表現(xiàn)等三個顯性機會要素的影響權重;同時,借助事件鏈的形式對隱性機會空間中抗爭雙方圍繞著“土地財政下的政府角色”這一隱性機會結構變量所進行的博弈過程進行了梳理,試圖論證政治機會結構與民眾抗爭行為策略選擇之間的關聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:The theory of political opportunity structure is a kind of theory that emphasizes the political attribute of external situation. According to the dimensions of "culture-system" and "stable-changeable", this paper takes the collective land disputes in Song village as an example to distinguish the cultural and institutional political opportunities, and to separate the stable from the changeable political opportunities. This paper elaborates the game process of multiple subjects, reorganizes and integrates the relevant variables, thus desalinating the decisive influence of different countries' political system differences on the protest behavior. Combined with the characteristics of "political" stability "and" competition "of the existing system in China, the localization of the theory of political opportunity structure has been realized, the transformation of authoritative discourse has been highlighted, and the rural governance structure has been weakened. The outstanding performance of the elite is the influence weight of the three dominant opportunity elements; at the same time, With the help of the form of event chain, this paper combs the game process of the recessive opportunity structure variable "the role of government under land finance" between the two parties in the recessive opportunity space. This paper attempts to demonstrate the relationship between the structure of political opportunities and the choice of strategies for public protest.
