【摘要】：改革開放初期,中國共產(chǎn)黨在總結(jié)我國法治建設(shè)歷史經(jīng)驗并借鑒國外法治建設(shè)經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞為什么必須加強法治、建設(shè)什么樣的法治、怎樣建設(shè)這樣的法治形成了如下的觀點:把法治建設(shè)提到重要地位,是發(fā)展社會主義民主、推進(jìn)改革開放和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的需要,也是堅持和加強黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、轉(zhuǎn)變黨的執(zhí)政方式的需要;要圍繞建設(shè)有中國特色社會主義總要求,走自己的社會主義法治建設(shè)的道路,注意吸收和借鑒以往法治文明成果,但不照搬照抄其他法治模式;以加快立法為重點,堅持立法、執(zhí)法、司法和守法共同推進(jìn)社會主義法治建設(shè);等等。在全面推進(jìn)依法治國、建設(shè)法治國家的新的歷史起點上,深入研究這一時期黨對法治的認(rèn)識,從中汲取寶貴經(jīng)驗和啟示,無疑具有重要的價值和意義。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China, on the basis of summarizing the historical experience of the construction of the rule of law in our country and drawing on the experience of building the rule of law abroad, has formed the following views on why we must strengthen the rule of law, what kind of rule of law to build, and how to build such a rule of law: to make the construction of the rule of law important, to develop socialist democracy and to promote it The needs of reform and opening up and modernization are also the needs of upholding and strengthening the leadership of the party and transforming the party's ruling mode; we should focus on the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, take the road of socialist construction of the rule of law of its own, absorb and draw on the achievements of the rule of law in the past, but do not copy other rules of the rule of law; in order to accelerate the construction of the rule of law The legislation, the law enforcement, the judicature and the law-abiding to promote the construction of the socialist rule of law; and so on. On the new historical starting point of promoting the rule of law and building a country ruled by law in an all-round way, it is of great value and significance to deeply study the party's understanding of the rule of law in this period and draw valuable experience and inspiration from it.
