【摘要】：近年來,九龍鎮(zhèn)圍繞中新知識城項(xiàng)目建設(shè)開展了大量征地活動(dòng),九龍鎮(zhèn)城鎮(zhèn)化速度越來越快,筆者通過走訪調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)村民的法律意識在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中得到了一定的提升,但仍有提升的空間。本文認(rèn)為加大普法宣傳、提高村民權(quán)利意識、重視村民"三怕"問題,維護(hù)法律權(quán)威對提升村民的法律意識將起到積極的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Jiulong Town has carried out a large number of land requisition activities around the construction of Zhongxin knowledge City, and the speed of urbanization in Jiulong Town has been getting faster and faster. By visiting and investigating, the author finds that the legal consciousness of villagers has been promoted in the process of urbanization. However, there is still room for improvement. This paper holds that increasing the publicity of popularizing the law, raising the awareness of villagers' rights, paying attention to the problem of "three fears" of villagers and maintaining the legal authority will have a positive impact on the promotion of villagers' legal consciousness.
