【摘要】：當(dāng)前黨的建設(shè)的一個(gè)較為突出的特點(diǎn),就是黨自身治理法治化的趨勢(shì)越來(lái)越明顯。黨自身治理法治化成為社會(huì)主義政治文明發(fā)展的根本趨勢(shì),因?yàn)檫@是國(guó)家法治化的根本要求,這是在依法治國(guó)框架下建設(shè)一個(gè)法治化執(zhí)政黨的要求。實(shí)現(xiàn)黨自身治理法治化,必然要走依法治黨的道路;實(shí)行依法治黨,就是要使國(guó)家法律力量介入黨的自身治理,使國(guó)家法律這個(gè)黨內(nèi)管理監(jiān)督之外的公正而有效的力量,深層次介入對(duì)黨權(quán)及其運(yùn)行的有效監(jiān)督和約束。當(dāng)前,要在全面深化改革事業(yè)中推進(jìn)依法治黨,這個(gè)形勢(shì)已經(jīng)刻不容緩,要把依法治黨作為全面深化改革的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容,當(dāng)前的重點(diǎn)就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)黨內(nèi)法規(guī)的相對(duì)國(guó)家法律化,使黨內(nèi)治理與法律治理緊密配合。
[Abstract]:One of the more prominent features of party building at present is that the trend of the party's own governance by law is becoming more and more obvious. The party's own governance by law has become a fundamental trend in the development of socialist political civilization, because this is the fundamental requirement of the rule of law by the state. This is the requirement of building a ruling party by law under the framework of administering the country according to law. To realize the rule of law by the party itself, it is inevitable to follow the road of administering the party according to law; to administer the party according to law is to enable the legal forces of the state to intervene in the party's own governance. To enable the state law, which is a fair and effective force outside the inner-party management and supervision, to intervene in the effective supervision and restraint of the party's rights and its operation at a deep level. At present, it is necessary to promote the administration of the party according to law in comprehensively deepening the cause of reform. This situation has not been delayed, to rule the party according to law as an important part of the overall deepening of reform, the current focus is to achieve the relative laws and regulations of the country legalization, so that inner-party governance and legal governance closely cooperate.
