【摘要】：十八屆四中全會(huì)全面提出依法治國(guó),并提出把法治教育納入國(guó)民教育體系。回顧我國(guó)三十年來(lái)法治教育,存在著教育形式單一、法治教育師資薄弱、法治教育重?cái)?shù)量輕質(zhì)量等諸多問(wèn)題,為了解決這些問(wèn)題,中小學(xué)亟需開展更加有效的、常態(tài)化的法治教育。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee put forward the idea of governing the country according to law and bringing the education of rule of law into the national education system. In the past 30 years, there has been a single form of education in our country, and the teachers of education under the rule of law are weak. In order to solve these problems, it is urgent for primary and secondary schools to carry out more effective and regular rule of law education.
