【摘要】：正十八屆四中全會(huì)確定"建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治體系,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家"是全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的總目標(biāo),對(duì)于進(jìn)一步完善和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度,具有極其重大的意義。依法治國(guó)與中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義有著內(nèi)在的、本質(zhì)上的聯(lián)系。著眼于中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新發(fā)展全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó),是貫徹落實(shí)十八屆四中全會(huì)精神、加快法治中國(guó)建設(shè)步伐的重中之重。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee decided that "building a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist country ruled by law" is the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, and that it is necessary to further improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Governing the country according to law and socialism with Chinese characteristics have an inherent and essential connection. Focusing on the new development of socialism with Chinese characteristics to comprehensively promote the rule of law is to carry out the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee. Speeding up the pace of building China under the rule of law is a top priority.
