【摘要】：法學(xué)是應(yīng)用性很強的社會學(xué)科,法學(xué)教育離不開法律實踐,實踐教學(xué)是法學(xué)教育的重要教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。近年來,高校普遍加大對法學(xué)專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)的改革力度,加強與企事業(yè)單位、公檢法、律師事務(wù)所等法律實務(wù)部門的合作,推進協(xié)同育人,取得了一定成效,但仍存在不少問題。文章基于協(xié)同育人理念,審視法學(xué)專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀并剖析了成因,進而提出法學(xué)專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)的創(chuàng)新路徑。
[Abstract]:Law is a social subject with strong application, and law education can not be separated from legal practice. Practice teaching is an important teaching link in law education. In recent years, colleges and universities have generally strengthened the reform of practice teaching of law major and strengthened the reform with enterprises and institutions. The cooperation of law practice departments such as Public Security Bureau, Procuratorate, Court, Law firm and so on, has achieved certain results, but there are still many problems. Based on the concept of collaborative education, this paper examines the present situation of practice teaching of law major and analyzes the causes. And then put forward the innovative path of practice teaching of law major.
