【摘要】：黨的十九大在確立中國特色社會(huì)主義新時(shí)代的基礎(chǔ)上,繼續(xù)秉承黨的十八大以來高揚(yáng)法治、推進(jìn)法治的思路,堅(jiān)持全面依法治國是新時(shí)代的基本方略之一,確定了新時(shí)代法治建設(shè)路線圖,要求深化依法治國實(shí)踐,對(duì)全面依法治國作出了全新的理論和制度安排。
[Abstract]:On the basis of establishing a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, 19th CPC National Congress of the Party continues to uphold the rule of law since the 18 National Congress of the Party, to promote the idea of rule by law, and to adhere to the rule of law in an all-round way is one of the basic strategies of the new era. The road map for the construction of the rule of law in the new era is determined, which requires deepening the practice of governing the country according to law, and makes a new theoretical and institutional arrangement for the overall administration of the country according to law.
