【摘要】：目前法學專業(yè)實習缺乏有效的監(jiān)管、指導和科學的考評機制,實習容易流于形式。專業(yè)實習指導應包括實習前準備的指導、實習中的指導和實習結束后的指導。進一步完善法學專業(yè)實習指導需要加強實習生以及帶隊教師的監(jiān)管、制定科學規(guī)范的實習質量評價制度、創(chuàng)新實習考核機制,將專業(yè)實習與畢業(yè)論文有機融合,積極鼓勵建立"雙師型"教學隊伍。
[Abstract]:At present, the practice of law majors lacks effective supervision, guidance and scientific evaluation mechanism, and practice is easy to become a formality. The guidance of professional practice should include the guidance of preparation before practice. The guidance in practice and the guidance after practice. To further improve the practice guidance of law major, we need to strengthen the supervision of interns and lead teachers, and establish a scientific and standardized practice quality evaluation system. Innovate the examination mechanism of practice, combine professional practice with graduation thesis, and encourage the establishment of "double-qualified" teaching team.
