【摘要】：2016年"中共中央關(guān)于加強(qiáng)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)立法工作的意見"是一份十分重要的文件。認(rèn)真貫徹實(shí)施這一文件,需要研究、回答和解決一系列重要問題。堅持黨對立法工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),是不能動搖的政治原則。黨對立法工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),在不同的歷史時期,有不同的方式和特點(diǎn)。目前甚至今后相當(dāng)長一段時間內(nèi),堅持文件確立的黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)立法工作的各種方式,十分必要。但從長遠(yuǎn)看,堅持黨對立法工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),必須改善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),在實(shí)踐中不斷提升黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)立法工作的境界,改革完善黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)立法工作的方式方法。
[Abstract]:In 2016, "opinions of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the Party's leading legislation" is a very important document. It is an unshakable political principle to answer and solve a series of important questions. It is an unshakable political principle to uphold the Party's leadership over the legislative work, and the Party's leadership over the legislative work is in different historical periods. There are different ways and characteristics. At present, and even for quite a long time in the future, it is very necessary to adhere to the various ways in which the Party leads the legislative work as established in the document, but in the long run, it is necessary to uphold the Party's leadership over the legislative work. It is necessary to improve the leadership of the Party, to improve the state of the Party's leading legislative work in practice, and to reform and perfect the ways and means of the Party's leading legislative work.
